Capturing real-time feedback using Agile Workbench

Use Agile Workbench to capture real-time feedback about an application development project directly in the application. When you provide feedback, you create work items that can contain videos, annotated screen captures, file attachments, or URLs. Providing such feedback directly in the application helps to improve the efficiency of application development.

  1. Open Agile Workbench.

  2. Click the Plus sign icon in the Agile Workbench header, and select the type of work item you want to create. You can create a user story, bug, or feedback item.

Note: If Agile Workbench is integrated with Pega Agile Studio, only user stories and bugs are synchronized with Pega Agile Studio.

  3. Provide a name and description for the work item.

  4. Select a feature from the Associated feature list to associate it with this work item.

  5. Depending on the type of work item, you can specify the following optional information:

  6. Add attachments that provide more information about the work item by using the following options:

Note: You must use Google Chrome and install the Pega Screen and Video Capture extension to record video or take screen captures.

  7. Click Save.
